Specially designed for urban actors and decision makers in line with the smart growth for urban development. It offers a unique opportunity to practice knowledge transfer and to exchange best practices on smart city development especially on having innovative ideas to improve the existing urban infrastructure. Through this programme, participants had a chance to think about how to map strategies and policies via study visit and group discussion with other city members as well as partner organizations.
