Building off the CityNet Youth SDGs Action Project, the Youth SDGs Action Plan Report is a framework for youth or other stakeholders to call for change on an urban issue that is important to them and their community. 

The premier edition of the report comes to us from a team of South Korean university students. The main thesis of the report is to call for more diversity in Korea's educational and university entrance systems. The report targets SDG subgoal 4.4 "By 2030, substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship".
